DENVER (January 15, 2020) – What makes boxing such a remarkable sport is the confrontation, the Honor, the Pride but second to none, it’s the skill set of champions! In saying this, we like to invite the boxing public to follow our boxers, today we highlight Mexican sensation Javier Aragón.
Aragón is from Hidalgo del Parral, Chihuahua México, the son of Mr. Pedro Aragón and Mrs. Beatriz Mendoza. Aragón had a stellar amateur career, winning multiple Golden Glove and national tournaments. Aragón has 50 official bouts, 47 wins, 2 losses, and 1 draw. Aragon is a three-time champion in the Miner’s club tournament in Cd. Chihuahua and has participated in 5 state Olympics, in addition to having had an excellent performance in the 2012 Regional Olympiad, he claims the title of Heptacampeón [seven-time champion] in the tournament of Clubs Guantes Dorados, Chihuahua and won Bronze in the National ELITE 2017 First Fight Championships.
Aragón’s trainer in Mexico is renowned Sergio Payan Martinez. Martinez has a degree in physical education. He started at the GYM in March 2008 and is part of the Boxing team at the Autonomous University of Chihuahua. Martinez was also a National Referee for 3 years before making the decision to coach.

Aragón turned professional at 19 years of age, exactly one month before his twentieth birthday on Mexican Independence Day, 2018 and has had 2 ensuing contests. Aragón is undefeated in his rookie start into the professional rankings of boxing and fights out of Denver, Colorado, USA. Aragón competes in the middleweight division and stands at 6’ 2”
